2nd-5th Volleyball Camp
Join us this March for a youth Volleyball Camp!! We are joining forces with sisters Mindy Worman, Jenny Niemerg, and Brittney Brummer!

The Goal of this elementary camp is to expose basic volleyball skills to our younger athletes. Each age group will focus on drills appropriate for their level of skill. This camp will break down the basics through drills and fun activities related to volleyball.

This class is open to all 2nd-5th grade area girls, you do NOT need to be in the Dieterich School District to attend! This is open to everyone!

Here is a little bit about the Niemerg sisters:
We are three Dieterich Alumni sisters who enjoy playing volleyball and have the enthusiasm and drive to share out knowledge of the game! We have each accomplished many awards including two trips to the National Volleyball Classic Tournament in Hawaii, 6 MVP awards, multiple all tournament team awards, 5 years of Jr. High Volleyball coaching, and 5 years of High School volleyball coaching experience. We are excited to bring a fun-filled camp that leaves you with more volleyball knowledge and team building skills.

Cosmic Pickleball Night at the Wright Family Center! 🌟
Date: You can choose from Wednesday, February 19th or Friday, February 21st
Time: 6-7 PM or 7-8 PM
Ages: 16+ to play
Join us for a glowing good time! Sign up with a partner, and we’ll match you up with another team for a cosmic showdown. You will be playing for 1 hour!
Cost: $5 for WFC members, $10 for non-members – Pay at the door!
Spots are limited, so don’t miss out—first come, first served!

Fitness Class with Logan Gephart - Tuesdays 5-6pm

Get ready to challenge your endurance and strengthen your body with Logan Gephart, who will lead a dynamic fitness class designed to improve muscular endurance, cardiovascular health, and core strength. In some sessions, we'll focus on stability muscles for a comprehensive workout. This class is open to both men and women.

When: Every Tuesday, Starting on January 21st

Time 5:00-6:00pm

Duration: 6-weeks (ends on February 25th)

Cost: $10 per week, paid directly to Logan at the time of class.

Elevated Heart Rate Workouts: A mix of exercises for endurance, cardio, and core.
​

Modifications Available: If you find any exercise challenging, Logan will modify it to fit your needs.

Personal Check-in: The first 5 minutes will be spent getting to know your name, sports background, and any health concerns related to heart, lungs, or joints/tendons. A health questionnaire will be provided for safety.

Hydration & Stretch Breaks: The last 2 minutes of each 10-minute interval will be reserved for a quick drink and stretching to avoid injury and ensure proper hydration.
