Get ready to challenge your endurance and strengthen your body with Logan Gephart, who will lead a dynamic fitness class designed to improve muscular endurance, cardiovascular health, and core strength. In some sessions, we'll focus on stability muscles for a comprehensive workout. This class is open to both men and women.
Class Details:

When: Every Tuesday, Starting on January 21st

Time 5:00-6:00pm

Duration: 6-weeks (ends on February 25th)

Cost: $10 per week, paid directly to Logan at the time of class.

Elevated Heart Rate Workouts: A mix of exercises for endurance, cardio, and core.

Modifications Available: If you find any exercise challenging, Logan will modify it to fit your needs.

Personal Check-in: The first 5 minutes will be spent getting to know your name, sports background, and any health concerns related to heart, lungs, or joints/tendons. A health questionnaire will be provided for safety.

Hydration & Stretch Breaks: The last 2 minutes of each 10-minute interval will be reserved for a quick drink and stretching to avoid injury and ensure proper hydration.
