Whether you need a new door code because you got a new phone, have a child turning 16 and need to update your membership, or just have something on your mind—this is the place to reach out. Fill out the quick form and we’ll get back to you soon. We’re here to help make things easy!
New Phone?
Our system gets a little confused—it thinks you're trying to use two phones (we know, not ideal). No worries though! Just drop your info here and we’ll send you a fresh registration code for your new device. Please allow us at least 1 business day to get back to you! (Monday-Friday) We will send it to your email!
You can also use this form if your child has gotten a cell phone and you need to get them set up on the app!
Child turning 16?
Got a child turning 16? How exciting (and maybe a little nerve-wracking)! The good news is—they're now old enough to use the fitness center on their own. Just let us know here, and we’ll update their access so they’re all set to go!

Membership Cancellation
Thinking about canceling your membership? We’ll be sad to see you go, but we totally understand—and you’re always welcome back anytime! To cancel, just fill out the Membership Cancellation Form. You can download it below and either bring it to the front desk, email it to Director@WrightFamilyCenter.com, or grab a printed copy from our lobby—we’re happy to help!
