If you’d like your membership to start on December 1, please submit your paperwork by November 24.

If you’d like your membership to start on January 1, please submit your paperwork by December 19.

If you’d like your membership to start on February 1, please submit your paperwork by January 26.

For ACH debit memberships, you must complete the ACH form (included with your membership application) and submit a voided check. (All automatic membership payments will be processed on the 1st of each month.)
