Fitness kickboxing
Logan Gephart will be having another session of fitness kickboxing! You get 8 sessions for $50.00!
Dates: April 2nd, 7th, 9th,14th,16,21st, 28th, &30th. 5pm-6pm Register below and bring payment to the first session!
Womens Self Defense Class
This class will be a hand to hand style protection course, teaching techniques to escape /or neutralize an aggressor while you are on your back on the floor, plus a technique demonstrating how to defend if you are forced against a wall. The cost for this class is $10 paid to Logan Gephart. Date: April 11th 10-11am Ages 13+ This class does not go over any firearm or knife safety.
